Wesualizer — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Wesualizer, provided by BURGESS1977™, accesses webpage and PDF content and document URLs to provide text analysis, summaries, word highlighting, and related features. Analysis, AI summarization, and translation run on your device.

We do not receive, sell, or share the document content or browsing activity processed by the extension. Wesualizer contains no advertising or analytics tracking.

Analysis results, summaries, URLs, and extracted PDF text may be cached in browser-session storage. URLs where you pause summaries are stored locally. Language and summary preferences use Chrome’s synced storage and may sync through Google when enabled. Document content and URLs are not stored in Chrome’s synced storage.

Session caches are held in memory and cleared when Chrome restarts or the extension is disabled, reloaded, or updated. Local settings and paused-summary URLs are stored on your device and removed when the extension is uninstalled. You can change settings, resume paused summaries, revoke website permissions, or remove the extension at any time.

Chrome may download AI models or language packs, and PDF analysis may retrieve the PDF from its original host. These browser and website services operate under their respective privacy policies.

Wesualizer’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the extension or applicable requirements.
